Overview – Experience how Tai Chi can improve your balance, flexibility, breathing and overall health.
Welcome to a safe and gentle 45-minute class, that allows people of all levels to participate, that will leave you calm yet energised and your body feeling more alive and balanced. The class will be limited to 15 people, so I can provide personal attention.
Take home notes on the Tai Chi exercises are provided as “mind Joggers” so you can practice the exercises at home if you like.
I have been practising the Yang style of Tai Chi for over 30 years, and look forward to sharing this wonderful exercise with a small group at U3A noosa.
