Membership Management software updated

We have been able to upgrade our membership registration processes thanks to a newly installed software package made possible through a $5 000 membership database grant under the Noosa Council’s Community and Environment Project Grant Program.

Unlike our previous manual systems, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package automatically updates all membership and member details and financial records in real-time as information is entered at the reception desk. In addition to its benefits to members, the new system markedly reduces the workload of our hard-working volunteer staff, and will provide confirmation to tutors that class attendees are appropriately registered.
