The Gentle Exercise course is designed for people who are reasonably “able” i.e. able to stand and move for an hour and are not prone to falling.
It incorporates cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and endurance elements during a light warm up followed by two loops of a circuit session that changes weekly.
The course is adaptable to cater for new members unfamiliar with exercising.
About the Instructor:
Sally is a personal trainer who is experienced in working with with “vintage” adults – and loves it!
She is a former Registered Nurse and Early Childhood Educator and believes that when it comes to exercise “it is never too late to start”
